Leah Wandera
Founder & CEO
Leah Wandera is a Project Management and Social Justice Advocacy professional. Leah has eight years of professional experience working in project management and gender justice advocacy with the Non-Governmental Sector. She has partnered and worked on advocacy issues with various organizations in other countries like Kenya, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, and Nebraska state in the USA. Also, she has worked with various organizations in different capacities including a Global Mission Fellow under the General Board of Global Ministries for The United Methodist Church, as the Acting CEO at Hope Foundation for African Women, and as an Administrative Assistant at Drew University-Internal Students’ Services office. Leah also serves on different organizational boards such as the Methodist Federation for Social Action, Diakonia World Federation-Justice Executive Committee, and as the African Region Coordinator for the Deaconess and Home Missioner (the love, justice, and service movement in The UMC). Leah holds a Bachelor in Science- Project Management Degree from Moi University, Kenya. She also holds a Masters in Divinity-Social Justice Advocacy from Drew University. Currently, Leah is pursuing a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, USA.

Ann Nabukaki
Finance Director
Ann Nabukaki is a seasoned Finance Director with over 4 years of experience in financial management, including 3 years as an accountant. Based in Nairobi, she brings extensive expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and risk management. Her proactive approach to financial strategy has led to significant cost reductions and improved cash flow for organizations in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. With a background in supporting key financial decisions,Ms Nabukaki is dedicated to maintaining transparency, compliance, and accountability.

Lancer Wao
Programs Director
Lancer Wao is a Communications and public relations professional. Lancer has over five years of professional experience working in communications within the Non-Governmental Sector. She has worked as the Communications and Knowledge Management Consultant at Kenya Water and Sanitation and Civil Society Network (KEWASNET) and Communications, Advocacy, and Outreach Officer at Hope Foundation for African Women. Also, she is a passionate writer on development issues ranging from women empowerment, water, sanitation, and climate adaption. Her articles have been published on platforms like the Standard Newspaper, Kenya. Lancer received a degree in Communications and Journalism from Moi University, Eldoret, in 2016. She is currently pursuing Master’s in Communication Studies, Moi University, Kenya.
