December is to be a month of joy and celebration, but to some of our girls, this month brings fear, trauma and sorrow. Due to harmful traditional practices like female genital mutilation, child marriage, including poverty among households that make young girls to be sacrificial lambs of their family’s survival.
The good news is that we are grateful of how YOU and I continue to support our girls to make such months like December a joyful month for them to live without fear but anticipation of a life full of growth ahead of them.
You made December 2024 a purposeful month for our approximately 300 girls. This inspired their 2025 academic year.
It is time for December 2025! To inspire their 2026 academic year!
We hope to have the girls’ mentorship and life skills annual retreat. We will be following up with the approximately 300 girls we had for retreat in 2024. Half of this number are our girls we have mentored and supported since 2021, over the years this number has grown to approximately 300. For this year, we won’t bring all our girls together, instead we will be meeting them in 3 different zones for easier mobility and less budget

This budget will help us provide annual supply of sanitary towels, toiletry kits, educational supplies, mentorship and supporting our team to follow up with our approximately 300 girls and prepare them for the 2026 academic year.
